Early Soup

  • 1 can of peas
  • pepper
  • salt
  • mustard
  • valerian root

Boil peas. Smash peas to blender like texture. add more pepper than salt. add one 1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard. add one 1/4 teaspoon of dry valerian root. valerian is weird all by itself, put slightly more water than mashables. If you are so convienced after trying it once.. otherwise, instead of the pepper and mustard try a custom hot sauce blend. heheh It has a reaction all of its own.

Very very hungry? so hungry you cant stand the people around you? there is a reason, keep your eyes sharp. This is a very good soup. I dont know really why but it is. lol

Juniper Soup

  • 1 lb. Seasoned Pork Neck Bones
  • cabbage
  • jasmine rice
  • hoppin johns
  • juniper sprigs

boil water. add rice. add small bit of butter. add less than 1 1/4 teaspon of salt. combine one can of hoppin jhons when rice is half cooked. do not burn rice or allow to boil off water completely. set wierdness apart from looking at it yourself. lol chop a small bit of cabbage. cook cabbage throughly, then set that aside. remove some of the cabbage water. add more water. add wierdness then add larger portion of cabbage. Try to pull apart pork neck bones or add whole. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add juniper sprigs. Set stove to low.

Why is this an award winning soup? The more juniper sprigs you add makes a delicious soup, use all of the smoked pork neckbones. With vegatbles that you can add later, more cabbage if youre hungry; the soup is delightful.
